The discount of $.49 per copy is offered to churches that key in the subscriber’s data as specified under the Distribution Plan below reducing the cost as follows:

Distribution Plan

The publisher of The Christian Sportsman magazine has joined together with a select group of National Sponsors to design, create and produce the publication as a
Cutting Edge Men’s Ministry resource tool. A growing subscription database demonstrates to each outdoors industry leader that a viable market exist within the local church community. Magazine subscribers are encouraged to utilize products and services provided by our National Sponsors who advertise in the magazine.

The Men’s Ministry Director or appointed church leader volunteer implements the policy requiring that each recipient of the publication must complete the Introductory Gift Subscription Card provided with each shipment, immediately upon receipt of his first issue of the complementary subscription. The cards should be promptly collected upon distribution of the first issue then entered into The Christian Sportsman Online Data Entry Website Station. The cards also serve to indicate various levels of interest that may facilitate Team Adventures Men’s Ministry Projects.

If your church does not have internet access then a men’s ministry volunteer who has internet access should be requested to enter the data through the Online Data Entry Website Station.

If internet access is not available then please mail the collection of Introductory Subscription Cards via the U.S. Postal Service to the address on the following page within three working days after each and every distribution. Data entry by The Christian Sportsman staff of each record will cost an additional $.49 as specified in the price schedule above.

Subsequent quarterly shipments will be sent after the subscription data has been entered into the Online Data Entry Website Station equal to the number of quarterly magazines ordered. Your order number is used as the access code.


Distribution Suggestions

1. Church Services – A table or booth should be positioned in the foyer of the sanctuary.
   
   
2. Wild Game Banquets – The value-added benefit of a complimentary magazine
   subscription could be included as part of the ticketed price for participation in an
   outreach event. If the event does not require a ticket then a booth should be set up.
   
   
3. Men’s Events – A men’s conference or fellowship dinner is an ideal place to introduce the publication as a resource tool for encouraging and empowering men to share their lifestyle Christian faith with others. Again, it is best to set up a booth or table for effective distribution.
   

The best method of distribution is to appoint several men to staff a booth in a convenient location within the church facility then to provide ample counter space and ink pens along with instructions on properly completing the Introductory Gift Subscription Card.

A quarterly “Magazine Pick-Up” schedule should be promoted to each magazine recipient to inform him of subsequent distribution points where he can secure each future issue. Guests and non-church subscribers should be informed through the mail/email that future issues can be secured following a church service or special event.
